We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Insurance Sales Executive to lead growth in the Health Care sector, specifically targeting regional hospitals, large physician practices, nursing homes, and senior living communities with memory care services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance sales.
  • Strong focus on health care clients.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to health care organizations.
  • Professional designations such as ARM or CPCU preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory dynamics in health care.
  • Ability to educate clients on alternative risk financing.
  • Experience in structuring alternative risk programs.
  • Additional state insurance licenses are a plus.
