Overview

HungerRush is seeking Senior level sales professionals who are ready to help multi-unit restaurant chains adapt and thrive in the new “digital eating economy”. The HungerRush platform helps customers master operational efficiencies, create awesome guest experiences & analyze customer data for valuable insight. As a part of our growing sales team, you will hunt for new prospects, build relationships with decision makers & use a consultative sales approach to structure the right solution for restaurant customers.

In Short

  • Develop an understanding of HungerRush's products and services and how our solutions address the business needs of the restaurant industry.
  • Articulate clearly and powerfully the value of our solutions, including positive points of differentiation and ways to overcome customer objections.
  • Build, manage and execute on a multi-unit territory plan, to be defined by your manager.
  • Augment marketing campaigns with personal prospecting and outbound lead generation activities (cold calling, networking, outbound marketing, and other methods).
  • Call into a defined market and build a pipeline of HungerRush prospects.
  • Manage the full solution process/sales cycle from Lead Development to Discovery to Proposal to Close.
  • Leverage Salesforce to track and manage all sales activity and customer interactions.
  • Understand the competitive environment in your market to differentiate our offering.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven SaaS sales experience selling into medium to large customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and win with various personality types.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce as a CRM.
  • Experience using different lead generation technologies.
  • Experience successfully winning deals involving multiple stakeholders and agendas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal management and other company personnel.
  • Desire to receive constructive feedback and make improvements.
  • Comfort in a transparent, activity-driven sales team.

Benefits

  • Highly Preferred: BA/BS in Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience with sales/marketing technologies such as Outreach, Gong, or Clari.
  • Restaurant experience is a plus.
