Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will provide proactive technical support to Premium Support customers, ensuring their success and security through expert guidance and advocacy.

In Short

  • Serve as primary technical contact for customers.
  • Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and product training.
  • Advocate for customers within CrowdStrike.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Create knowledge base content for internal use.
  • Identify renewal risks and collaborate on solutions.
  • Support sales teams in account expansion.
  • Drive timely resolution of support cases.
  • Engage with customers at all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success/Support roles.
  • Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Python and RestAPI is advantageous.
  • Collaborative attitude and commitment to customer success.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
