Overview

As a Technical Account Manager I at CrowdStrike, you will serve as a technical contact for customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our cybersecurity solutions.

  • Serve as a technical contact and augment customer support teams.
  • Participate in onboarding processes and quarterly health checks.
  • Engage in TAM on-call rotation to assist with customer inquiries.
  • Leverage internal technical expertise to provide effective solutions.
  • Manage renewal risks and collaborate with sales teams for upsells.
  • Drive support cases to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Share best practices and learn about new technologies within the team.
  • Establish technical credibility with customers through excellent communication.
  • Commit to ongoing self-education and customer success.
  • Work in a remote-friendly and flexible culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management in SaaS is a bonus.
