Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in backend software development.
• Experience building high volume services for cloud-delivered SaaS products.
• Solid grounding in at least one cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to scale backend systems and troubleshoot failures.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability challenges.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for engineering excellence and quality.
• Ability to meet commitments on time and produce high-quality software.
• Experience with open source tools and libraries is a plus.
