Senior Cloud Engineer - Remote

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. We are looking to hire a Senior Cloud Engineer to help develop our third party ingest pipelines to build the best in class Next-Gen SIEM.

In Short

• Develop third party ingest pipelines for Next-Gen SIEM.
• Build fault tolerant, high scalable cloud systems using Golang.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
• Work with technologies like Kafka, Postgres, and Grafana.
• Own your work in a high trust environment.
• Troubleshoot and debug critical production issues.
• Research and improve architecture and performance.
• Experience in large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with event streaming systems.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 9+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Golang, Java, or Python.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Experience with NoSQL and Relational databases.
• Experience in building data platforms at scale.
• Experience working in Linux.
• Prior experience in cybersecurity is a bonus.
