Overview

The Regional Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing our products technical sales support, focusing on pre-sales technical evaluations and post-sales assistance to achieve revenue targets.

In Short

  • Collaborate with sales teams and partners on pre-sales technical activities.
  • Technically qualify opportunities and conduct Proof of Value evaluations.
  • Create Security Assessment Reports for end-users post-evaluation.
  • Drive end-user acceptance and conversion to revenue.
  • Work with Corporate PM and Engineering for product feedback.
  • Liaison between partners/customers and corporate headquarters.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets.
  • Monitor competitive situations and market developments.
  • Assist in marketing activities as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT security business.
  • Presales experience with technical knowledge in networking/security.
  • Familiarity with hacking tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT technologies and security solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH are a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage expectations.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
