The Platform Professional Services Manager will lead teams providing implementation services around the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including Next-Gen SIEM and LogScale.

• Experience with log management/SIEM solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional services experience.
• 4+ years of experience in technology/SOC leadership.
• Experience with SIEM solutions like Falcon, Splunk, etc.
• Knowledge of SaaS technologies across various domains.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and traditional IT environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
