In Short

• Lead IAM strategy development and implementation.
• Design and maintain IAM programs including IGA, PAM, and AM.
• Integrate IAM systems with cloud and on-premises applications.
• Develop RBAC policies and enforce least-privilege access principles.
• Manage SSO, MFA, and password management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IAM or IT security roles.
• Strong expertise in IAM concepts and RBAC.
• Hands-on experience with IGA platforms.
• Proficiency in development tools and scripting languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based identity solutions is a bonus.
