• Manage multiple collaboration platforms including Asana, Miro, Box, Dropbox, Kaltura, and SmartSheet.
• Ensure platform reliability and security compliance.
• Implement security controls and manage user lifecycle.
• Maintain Okta integrations and support API integrations.

• 5+ years of SaaS platform administration experience required.

• Strong security implementation background.
• Experience with identity integration.
• Track record of multi-platform support.
• Technical skills in SSO/SAML, REST APIs, PowerShell, and Python.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Security certifications and automation expertise are bonus points.
