• We are looking for an experienced Sr. Staff Atlassian Engineer.
• Focus on the Atlassian Suite, primarily Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
• Drive projects across diverse teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Help define process and tooling architecture.
• Implement third-party tooling and drive integrations.
• Gather requirements and ensure tools are optimized for collaboration.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Atlassian tools.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with the Atlassian Suite.
• Skilled in Python, Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating tools like Salesforce and Workday.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business processes.
• Ability to drive projects and lead teams.
• Proactive in troubleshooting and addressing challenges.
