HumanSignal is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building end-to-end solutions that empower our platform’s user experience while ensuring scalability and reliability on the backend.

In Short

Develop and maintain backend services and frontend components of our data labeling platform.
Design and build RESTful APIs and other backend services.
Create and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
Identify and implement improvements across codebases.
Establish best practices and coding standards.
Mentor engineers across the stack.

Requirements

Extensive experience developing full stack applications.
Proficiency in backend (Python, Java, Go, Kotlin, Scala, Rust) and frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) technologies.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
Familiarity with database systems (Postgres, BigQuery).
Comfort working across the entire stack.
High user empathy and a keen eye for design.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
BSCS or related degree.
