In Short

• Drive technical onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Advise on and help architect integrations between Label Studio and customer AI/ML workflows.
• Develop and implement custom solutions to extend Label Studio functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Deliver enablement, workshops, and technical documentation.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer teams.
• Surface customer feedback and advocate for product improvements.
• Contribute to internal best practices for customer engagements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role for a highly technical product.
• Direct experience building a data labeling pipeline.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms with ML pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and infrastructure tools.
• Proven success in delivering onboarding and custom development for enterprise customers.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and self-driven.
• Experience contributing to or deploying open-source software is a bonus.
