Overview

As a Solutions Architect (SA) at dbt Labs, you’ll serve as the technical counterpart to our Sales team, playing a critical role in advancing deals and driving value for our prospects.

In Short

• Work closely with sales to communicate the technical value of dbt Labs products.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept implementations.
• Deploy dbt Cloud in private clouds for enterprise clients.
• Own the customer lifecycle from pre-sale to product adoption.
• Build relationships with partners like Snowflake and AWS.
• Be an active member of the dbt community.

Requirements

• 4+ years in sales engineering or solutions architecture.
• Strong foundation in pre-sales or technical sales.
• Experience in SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
• Understanding of modern data warehousing architectures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
