Enterprise Solutions Architect - Remote

In Short

• Collaborate with Business leaders and Stakeholders to understand organizational goals and translate them into technology strategies.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise application architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Lead end to end design and integration of comprehensive business solutions across ERP (SAP), SCM, Finance, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet performance requirements while addressing compliance and security standards.
• Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance business capabilities.
• Establish integration strategies and frameworks for seamless connectivity between ERP and other Enterprise Systems.
• Ensure data consistency and process harmonization across applications to support a unified business strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on end to end Business Solutions between Business and IT teams, facilitating collaboration and effective communication.
• Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance models for enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience (8-10+ years) as Enterprise architect or similar role, with emphasis on designing and implementing Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical peers.
• Experience in business process framework including process decomposition, data and functional flows and architecture frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Order to Cash processes and ERP systems with demonstrated hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge in data migration, governance, pipeline and quality.
• Experience with designing best-in-class standards for integration patterns across systems to ensure seamless data and information flow.
• Experience with enterprise middleware (iPaaS) and integration patterns is required.
• Experience with leading ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is required.
• Industry experience in eCommerce and Consumer Product Goods is a plus.
