Enterprise Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Architect focused on the SmartRecruiters Talent Acquisition Suite, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of all core modules and innovative solutions.

In Short

• Work with enterprise customers across the Northern European region.
• Fluency in either written and verbal German or French is required.
• Possess exceptional knowledge of enterprise CRM or ATS systems.
• Participate in demos and discussions around technical and implementation conversations.
• Scope services engagements for enterprise prospects.
• Communicate the business value of the product to clients.
• Document pre-sales findings and solutions.
• Assist with integration implementations.
• Negotiate enterprise SOWs and add-on services.
• Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution consulting/sales engineering experience.
• Consistent over-achievement in past experiences.
• Driven, adaptable, and great communication skills.
• Technically adept with experience in HCM technologies preferred.
• Fluency in either written and verbal German or French is mandatory.
