Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Clinical Operations - Remote

Overview

The Vice President & Associate General Counsel – Clinical Operations is a key member of the leadership team of the Law Department, responsible for advising the Company’s care delivery lines of business under the CenterWell umbrella.

In Short

• Lead the Clinical Operations team in the Law Department.
• Advise on legal matters relating to senior-focused primary care and home care businesses.
• Provide guidance on healthcare delivery regulations.
• Manage contracting matters for primary care and home health services.
• Coordinate with internal teams for investigations and compliance reviews.
• Interact with C-Suite and senior executives on legal matters.
• Participate in briefings to the Board of Directors.
• Help manage the Law Department, including budgeting and strategy.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant legal experience required.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
• Significant experience in primary care or clinical delivery operations.
