Overview

As a Client Account Manager, you will play a critical role in consistently meeting customer expectations. You’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders to help ensure that questions and issues are resolved in a timely manner and plans are designed to meet customer goals.

In Short

  • Manage client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand customer expectations to manage their plans.
  • Anticipate and research retirement plan matters.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Demonstrate understanding of plan sponsors and their needs.
  • Respond to client needs related to retirement plan management.
  • Assist with compliance testing.
  • Provide onboarding and management services for plans.
  • Act as a liaison between plan sponsors and internal groups.
  • Handle client communication through various channels.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Passion for solving problems and helping people.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed in high-stress situations.
  • Autonomous work ethic and initiative.
  • Adaptability in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with FT William and/or ASC software.
