Overview

The Remote Call Center Agent will be a key member of the inbound contact center responsible for taking inbound calls and completing outbound calls while ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Good negotiation skills
