Overview

This is a remote position for a Technical Support Specialist who will help accelerate the renewable energy transition by applying AI and simulation technology in the wind turbine sector.

  • Advocate for customers in product enhancement discussions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT or customer service.
  • Experience in the renewables industry, especially wind, is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
