Community Partnership Manager - Remote

Overview

The Community Partnerships Manager position provides the opportunity to play an important role in increasing housing security for people across the Orlando Metro area. This position will work with social service agencies and local government to increase access to housing opportunities for people experiencing housing instability and homelessness.

In Short

• Develop and deliver scalable strategies to increase household move-in rates.
• Lead community partner recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Engage with the nonprofit community to drive adoption of Housing Connector.
• Strengthen communication channels with local nonprofits.
• Coordinate strategies to lessen barriers to housing access.
• Continuously improve the customer experience for nonprofits and housing providers.
• Develop policies and streamline processes for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating trainings.
• Experience improving operational processes.
• Data-driven approach to measuring outcomes.
• Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of the local nonprofit community and housing solutions.
