Overview

The Director of Franchise Sales & Development will lead the efforts to attract and convert high-caliber franchise owners and investors to drive substantial growth for Honor and Home Instead.

In Short

  • Identify and convert Enterprise level owners for franchise opportunities.
  • Develop frameworks for target customer profiles and GTM strategies.
  • Manage the entire franchise sales process from lead generation to agreement execution.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions for franchise financing.
  • Assess franchisee capabilities to elevate current franchise ownership.
  • Engage with executive leadership to share progress and solicit feedback.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with legal and operations for onboarding new franchisees.
  • Embody a test and experiment mindset for strategy development.
  • Communicate effectively to influence potential investors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, banking, strategy, and sales functions.
  • Experience with corporate development and M&A preferred.
  • Professional experience with institutional/high-net-worth investors.
  • Strong financial acumen and valuation modeling skills.
  • Experience in the senior care industry is a plus.
