Director, Sales Development - Remote

Overview

Figma is looking for a Director, Sales Development to lead a team responsible for the engagement, qualification, and expansion of our rapidly growing customer base. This role will unify existing Sales Development teams across the Americas, EMEA, and JAPAC, streamlining inbound and outbound motions to generate potential opportunities for the Figma sales team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• 5+ years leading an SDR team of 30+.
• Proven track record of achieving pipeline generation and revenue objectives.
• Experience defining processes and building playbooks.
• Experience building and leading a team with inbound and outbound responsibilities.
• Creative problem-solving mindset.
