Lead IT Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Lead IT Analyst to manage a small team of IT Analysts while overseeing IT support, infrastructure, and project management. This role is hands-on, requiring someone who can balance strategic IT initiatives with day-to-day IT support, ensuring smooth technology operations for our employees.

• Oversee IT support and manage incoming IT tickets from employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and enforce IT security best practices.
• Lead and mentor a small team of IT Analysts.
• Manage laptop inventory and software license management.
• Handle vendor and contract negotiations.
• Lead and execute IT infrastructure projects.
• Improve IT ticketing systems and knowledge base documentation.

• Support a remote/hybrid workforce.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience, including team leadership.
• Experience working for a US-based company.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and cloud-based tools.
• Hands-on experience with IT ticketing systems.
• Experience managing hardware procurement and software contracts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Experience implementing IT automation tools.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Google Workspace Admin are a plus.
