The People Operations & Onboarding Coordinator will manage the administrative duties for onboarding new employees at HomeLight, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires.

• Part-time role based in the LatAm region with a work-from-home setup.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Proficient in data entry and tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• General tech-savviness, especially with Macs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Prior experience in HR or onboarding is a plus.
