In Short

  • Manage all sales stages including prospecting, pipeline generation, qualification, product demonstrations, thoughtful follow up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Communicate with potential customers via all available channels including cold calling, email, video, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct meetings to better understand customer needs and clearly articulate our solutions that address them.
  • Share and contribute to best practices and techniques in relation to industry trends.
  • Set priorities, plan, and manage multiple tasks while being comfortable shifting when necessary.
  • Identify, recommend, and lead the execution of growth opportunities across markets.
  • Forecast and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM with the ability to communicate its health clearly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience successfully running full-cycle SaaS sales
  • Confident with excellent communication skills. You are comfortable with speaking to customers and colleagues in person, via video, or over the phone.
  • Empathetic with an ability to understand customers' goals, perspectives, needs, and challenges.
  • Proactive in your work and take initiative with opportunities to add value.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to exceed targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Experience with event promotion, event marketing, and email marketing is a plus
