Overview

The MS-D365 CRM Technical Consultant will drive Dynamics CE implementations, manage project phases, and ensure successful delivery that meets client needs.

• Drive Dynamics CE implementations through all project phases.
• Manage issues and risks for on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead data-centric discussions with clients.
• Design system architecture and implement customizations.
• Conduct end-user training and maintain documentation.
• Develop CE implementation standards and tools.
• Present tailored technology demonstrations.
• Evaluate data issues and analytical needs.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics/Power Platform.
• Experience in ASP.NET, JavaScript, and CRM 365 SDK.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing and delivering D365 solutions.
• 5+ years implementing Dynamics/Power Platform Solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Azure Development is advantageous.
• Certifications on PL 200/PL 400 are a plus.
• Good communication skills.
