Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Hitachi Solutions is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their business transformation goals by creating and executing success plans aligned with their objectives.

In Short

  • Create value for customers by defining business outcomes and building success plans.
  • Drive high usage of Hitachi services through action-oriented Adoption Plans.
  • Understand customer’s business and challenge their views on processes.
  • Maintain communication channels for service-related issues.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer within Hitachi.

Requirements

  • Experience in Project Management or Customer Management roles.
  • Ability to map business processes to product capabilities.
  • Use storytelling to connect technology to business outcomes.
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Retail industries.
  • Strong executive engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and align resources.
  • Cultural awareness and appreciation for diversity.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and Analytics software.
