The Customer Success Manager is responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and serving as their primary point of contact.

  • Review customer contracts to understand obligations.
  • Act as the main contact for service-related issues.
  • Schedule regular meetings with clients and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Analyze monthly reports to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer billing queues daily.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
