Overview

This role involves serving as the direct support function to some of RingCentral’s most valued and high-profile customers, acting as a point person for customer success and internal orchestration.

In Short

  • Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for valued customers
  • Project management of internal and external initiatives
  • Develop strong customer relationships as a trusted partner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address technical demands
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive customer success
  • Lead the renewals process to improve customer contracts
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal
  • Communicate risks and develop resolution strategies

Requirements

  • 1+ years of enterprise-level customer success experience
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Strong technical expertise and sales acumen
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience interacting with C-level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentation skills for various audience sizes
  • Experience with VoIP technology and advanced network troubleshooting preferred
  • BS or equivalent education and experience
