Overview

The N2 Company is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to support its Sales and Revenue teams by ensuring CRM processes and data workflows are effective and efficient.

In Short

  • Support Sales team with HubSpot best practices.
  • Manage HubSpot troubleshooting and user permissions.
  • Maintain data cleanliness in HubSpot CRM.
  • Create and update SOPs for team alignment.
  • Implement new processes with the Director of Revenue Operations.
  • Build reports and dashboards for sales leaders.
  • Assist in forecasting and revenue insights.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for tool and data support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales or revenue operations, or HubSpot management.
  • High proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub.
  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to interpret and present data.
  • Proactive communication skills.
  • Project management skills and flexibility.
