Overview

We are looking for a proactive, professional, and customer-focused Property Manager with experience managing short-term rental properties (especially via Airbnb) and handling high-touch customer service operations.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties (primarily on Airbnb).
  • Communicate with guests and property owners, responding quickly and effectively to inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and cleaners to resolve property-related problems quickly.
  • Ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out, including issue resolution and review management.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain a strong reputation across platforms (e.g., Airbnb reviews).
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, maintenance tasks, guest issues, and communication logs.
  • Handle urgent issues or on-call responsibilities during evenings or weekends, as needed.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct property inspections (virtually or via local contacts) to ensure standards are maintained.

Requirements

  • Experience in property management, particularly with short-term rentals.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Airbnb and other rental platforms.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and operational management.
  • Availability to work Pacific Time hours.
