Cold Call Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Call Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities in two critical sectors: pump stations for golf courses and variable speed drives for water/wastewater & HVAC.

In Short

• Conduct outbound cold calls using provided scripts and playbooks.
• Identify and qualify potential leads, securing meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities within HubSpot CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve call scripts and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of outbound cold calling experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn and follow a structured sales process.
• Knowledge in the golf, irrigation, water, or HVAC industries is advantageous.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to meet sales targets.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
