Overview

As an HR Business Partner at Hims & Hers, you will be the dedicated People partner for our Product and Creative departments, ensuring teams are aligned and high-performing.

In Short

• Partner with Product and Creative leaders to refine roles and responsibilities.
• Advise frontline managers on performance management and team dynamics.
• Drive the execution of our performance culture.
• Assist leaders in planning team structures and headcount needs.
• Independently analyze and resolve complex employee relations matters.
• Act as the go-to person for all People-related matters.
• Influence diverse audiences to adopt best practices in talent management.
• Collaborate with other HRBPs and the Recruiting team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Ability to solve diverse problems through data analysis.
• Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Strong ability to persuade and adapt communication style.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
