Overview

As an HR Business Partner at Hims & Hers, you will be the dedicated People partner for our Care organization, working closely with leaders to ensure alignment and high performance.

In Short

• Partner with Care Team leaders for role clarity and collaboration.
• Advise on performance management and team dynamics.
• Drive execution of performance culture and lead review processes.
• Analyze and resolve employee relations issues.
• Act as a subject matter resource for People-related matters.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Recruiting for talent experience.
• Assist in planning team structures and headcount needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in tech organizations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
