Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience leading HRBPs in high-growth operations.
• Deep knowledge of Supply Chain, Quality, and Transportation.
• Understanding of employee relations risk management.
• Ability to develop people leaders and HR talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• High emotional intelligence and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
