In Short

• Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative packaging solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing packaging strategies.
• Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare and manage production files ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, brand, and marketing teams.
• Manage feedback loops and make timely adjustments to designs.
• Maintain timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional design experience in print and/or packaging.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typographic skills and layout.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Excellent understanding of packaging materials and printing processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with ability to see a project from concept to execution.
• Experience with packaging and print production processes.
