Senior Learning Manager, 503b - Remote

Overview

Hims & Hers is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Learning Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives across our 503b pharmacies. This key leadership role will develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies that drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement robust competency assessment programs.
• Create specialized training curricula for aseptic technique and cleanroom operations.
• Partner with leaders to identify compliance gaps and develop learning solutions.
• Oversee documentation of training activities for regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of training programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in learning and development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience developing learning strategies that drive business results.
• Experience in pharmaceutical operations, especially 503b compounding.
• Understanding of FDA regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Experience in developing technical training programs.
• Expertise in creating compliant training documentation systems.
• Collaboration skills with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance teams.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
