Senior Manager, R&D Learning - Remote

Overview

The Sr Manager, R&D Learning will act as the Learning Partner for SPOQ within the R&D organization, focusing on instructional design and employee performance enhancement through innovative learning programs.

In Short

• Conduct training needs analysis and instructional design activities.
• Coordinate and develop learning programs across the R&D organization.
• Monitor R&D Training Process Key Quality Indicators.
• Define and execute learning assignment strategy.
• Implement innovative learning initiatives.
• Support training requests for R&D QA Audits and Inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical industry experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design/Training Programs.
• Knowledge of Instructional Design methodology for adult learning.
• Knowledge of Performance Consulting processes.
• Knowledge of training program evaluation techniques.
• Strong management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Base salary range of $120,000 - $169,500.
