Overview

The Head of People Relations will lead the global people relations division, ensuring compliance with labor laws and enhancing employee engagement through strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of global employee relations laws.
• Ability to translate solutions into actionable plans.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in confrontational situations.
• Background in performance management.
