• 3+ years working as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or data scientist.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses.
• Experience building complex data models with dbt.
• Experience with Looker or Omni Analytics.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to balance immediate needs with long-term usability.
