  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling to large self-funded customers.
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and coach staff for performance.
