Overview

This job works on/leads key strategic initiatives for the Organization, playing various roles including project leadership, problem-solving, data analytics, team development, communication, implementation, and project management.

Requirements

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 6 years of post-bachelor degree related experience in Business or Healthcare.
• 2 years consulting experience with exposure to innovation or healthcare.
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Basic project management skills.
• Commitment to development of others and self.
• Strong emotional intelligence and servant leadership mindset.
• Ability to influence change in complex organizational systems.
• Travel Requirement: 0% - 25%.
