Overview

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration and management of multiple projects within specified constraints.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Project Management.
• 10 years of experience delivering business solutions using IT.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Technology Management.
• PMP or Certification in Project Management preferred.
• Strong familiarity with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Experience in managing matrix teams and contractors.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based environment.
• Physical work site required with occasional lifting.
