Overview

This position is for a Manager of AI Delivery & Operations at Highmark Health, responsible for scaling enterprise AI initiatives and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in orchestrating change management plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing AI projects from inception to deployment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree and project management certifications.
