The Manager of Strategic Sourcing is responsible for creating and driving procurement strategies for a variety of spend categories, ensuring optimal purchasing opportunities and collaboration across multiple business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.

• 3 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in corporate sourcing.
• Experience writing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Ability to influence business strategy and build partnerships.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage change and drive results.
