Overview

This position is a community-based role requiring travel within the assigned territory, focusing on providing palliative care and symptom management to high complexity patients.

In Short

  • Provide palliative care and symptom management.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program or nursing master's program.
  • 1-3 years of department-specific experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current Physician Assistant License or RN license with CRNP.
  • Preferred ACLS certification and DEA license.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a high-performing team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
