Advanced Practice Provider - Urgent Care - Remote

Overview

Sentara Urgent Care is hiring a Flexi NP or PA at our Little Neck location. The Urgent Care APP (NP or PA) is responsible for the provision of health care services under the auspices of Sentara Medical Group.

In Short

• Provide healthcare services in an urgent care setting.
• Conduct health assessments and prescribe treatments.
• Perform occupational medicine regulatory exams.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
• Work independently with situational awareness.
• Maintain continuing education credits as required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and 12-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with assigned physician(s) under a collaborative agreement.
• Complete National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners within 30 days.

Requirements

• Masters Level Degree (Required).
• NP or PA Certification/Licensure (Required).
• DEA License (Required).
• BLS and ACLS Certifications (Required).
• 1-2 years of experience in urgent, immediate, or emergency care.
• Flexibility to work at various Urgent Care locations.
