Senior Program Manager - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be part of an elite group of Technical Program Managers driving large-scale strategic initiatives across LivePerson's Global Product and Technology Unit. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming how products are developed, ensuring that teams adhere to a structured journey across functionality, stability, security, operational excellence, and GTM readiness. You will collaborate closely with senior management, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and alignment in execution. The ideal candidate is self-directed, capable of leading large-scale initiatives in ambiguous environments, and excels at defining deliverables, shaping outcomes, and driving teams toward successful execution. This role requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment that emphasizes agility and impact over rigid processes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring alignment, visibility, and execution across multiple teams, while providing direct insights to senior leadership through regular reporting. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, and drive operational efficiency will be key to the success of this initiative. In Short

• Manage a large-scale program for critical business initiatives (5-10+ vertical tracks, 3rd party vendors).
• Interact with internal, external and executive stakeholders often requiring political sensitivity.
• Project consists of multiple new technologies with many tiers and may require large scale organizational changes (e.g. site redesigns or migrations to new platforms).
• Processes in-depth technical knowledge of architecture, infrastructure needs, and component design and downstream effects of subsequent changes across vertical tracks.
• Responsible for creating and consolidating program timeline and communicating overall program health.
• Ensures each vertical team understands the overall project objectives and timeline.
• Presents issues and risks formally to leadership and vertical tracks.
• Works collaboratively with cross-functional peers and senior leaders/stakeholders.
• Creates and leads new and/or modified PMO processes.
• Actively participates in and contributes to the continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements

• Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years full lifecycle project management experience.
• Proven expertise in driving complex, multi-year programs.
• Experience in aligning product, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen supporting business operations.
• Plan/Portfolio tools (JIRA, Monday, etc.).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
