Senior Program Manager - Remote

In Short

• Program manage fiber network projects from market definition through activation and full deployment.
• Assist teams with defining and reviewing project requirements, scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Support project teams through planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of each market’s build schedule.
• Apply and track changes control processes through the market build lifecycle.
• Communicate project expectations, status, issues, and risks to team members and stakeholders.
• Create and track meaningful metrics to determine program health and success.
• Coordinate weekly status meetings for all parties involved in a project.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members.
• Manage vendors participating in the project delivery process.

Requirements

• 7-10 years’ experience leading network projects.
• 7-10 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry.
• Extensive experience in vendor management.
• Exceptional communications skills.
• Collaborative work style.
• Able to analyze data and draw insights.
• Proficient in Salesforce’s SiteTracker application.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Demonstrated success working in a fully remote environment.
